Annie Wersching

Annie Wersching was born March 28 1977. She is an American actress. Her roles include Renee Walker on the American TV show 24. Motion capture and voice work were also used for Tess in the videogame by Naughty Dog The Last of Us. Wersching was born and was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She went to high school at Crossroads College Preparatory School in the Central West End of St. Louis, graduating in 1995. Wersching began her acting career after a guest appearance on the show Star Trek: Enterprise, then moved to playing guest stars on shows such as Charmed, Killer Instinct, Supernatural and Cold Case. She played the role of Amelia Joffe, a recurring character on ABC's daytime soap series General Hospital from March 2007 to November 2007. She was a part of theatres like Victory Gardens. Marriott Lincolnshire. The Utah Shakespearean Festival. She also participated in Irish dancing and was a member of to the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. She holds a Bachelor's degree of Fine Arts degree from Millikin University in musical theater. After her two-season run on 24, Wersching guest starred as a actor on a variety of shows which included CSI and NCIS, Rizzoli & Iles, Hawaii Five-0. In 2014, she appeared as a regular in the first season of Amazon Prime crime show Bosch. Wersching was the catcher of the National League in the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game.In December 2012, it was announced that in the PlayStation 3 exclusive The Last of Us, Wersching was the voice actor and mo-cap of the character Tess. Geoff Keighley teased Wersching's character via Twitter, and her identity was revealed by the Spike Video Game Awards story trailer on December 7 the 7th of December, 2012. Wersching was to play the part of the Borg Queen on Star Trek: Picard in season 2.
